Production starts when the order is confirmed and payment clears. Freight time sits on top and depends on air or sea and your destination.

From enquiry to dispatch
Six steps. Budget roughly seven to nine weeks door to door on a first branded order, including freight.

Stock samples ship in 7 to 10 days. Customised samples take longer by branding method.

Bank transfer or secured gateway against the invoice.

Production
30 to 35 days up to 300 units. 40 to 45 days at 500 units and above.

Questions
What buyers ask first
What is your minimum order quantity?
50 units per style for stock products with no branding. You can mix styles across an order, but each style has to reach 50 on its own. Branding carries its own minimums: 200 units for a logo or graphic change, 300 for full OEM, 1,000 for custom retail packaging.
How long does production take?
30 to 35 days for orders up to 300 units, and 40 to 45 days at 500 units and above, counted from order confirmation. Samples ship in 7 to 10 days. Freight transit time is on top of that.
Are the bags waterproof?
They are water-resistant, not submersible. Coated Oxford shells, sealed seams and water-repellent finishes handle rain and daily commuting. If you need a fully waterproof dry bag for water sports, that is a different construction and we will tell you so rather than sell you the wrong product.
Can I put my own logo on the backpacks?
Yes, from 200 units per style. Embroidery, rubber patches and heat transfer are all available. Send artwork with your quote request and we will confirm which method suits the material.
Do you supply recycled RPET backpacks?
Yes. RPET recycled polyester is available on selected styles for buyers with sustainability or tender requirements. Ask for the RPET options when you request a quote.
Which countries do you ship to?
We have shipped to more than 200 countries. Trade terms are EXW, DDP and DAP, so we can hand over at the factory or deliver duty paid to your warehouse. Remote areas, PO boxes and military addresses are not always possible, so confirm the destination in your RFQ.
Can you deliver to Amazon FBA or my 3PL?
Yes. Put the receiving requirements in your RFQ, including labelling and carton specifications, so we pack to spec the first time rather than reworking a pallet later.
What are your payment terms?
Bank transfer and secured payment gateways. Terms are confirmed on the quotation, and terms for repeat partners are agreed case by case.
